How Pedal Care works

Pedal Care began in 2020 with a simple goal: make bicycle maintenance easier to understand and easier to plan around. The workshop serves cyclists from Jeddah and nearby districts with weekday service and a practical intake process.

Every bicycle starts with a mechanical inspection. We separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance, confirm the scope before work begins, and explain the outcome again when the bicycle is collected.

Our approach is steady and transparent, with attention to compatibility checks, post-service function checks, and parts ordered only after confirmation.
